MathSecret Abacus

MathSecret abacus is free including FREE Life-Time Warranty*. If abacus is purchased through other vendors, refund policy is stipulated by third party vendor. Shipping charges are not subject to refund.
* Life-Time Warranty: Life Time warranty applies to Life Time of learning account free or paid. Replacement abacus is available from MathSecret headquarter or local MathSecret distribution center. Shipping fees/custom charges are not included in warranty.
MathSecret Online
Refund is based on calendar period, not lessons learned. MathSecret members understand that online learning is use or lose. Full Refund is eligible within 14 days of enrollment. Must obtain valid RMA # from Refund@MathSecret.com Refund is issued via original payment method within 30 days of receipt of return package. After 14 days, prorated refund is based on monthly membership and calculated via following formula:
If membership is less than 6 months, proration deduction is based on 6 month’s membership rate. For example: if payment of two year membership is received ($239), and request to cancel membership and return of abacus is received 3 months and 1 week into membership. Refund is based on 4 months of membership at the 6 months rate ($99 ÷ 6 = $16.5 x 4 = $66.) in addition, the initially waived registration fee of $19 is also deducted from refund amount, hence the refund is $154 ($239 - $66 - $19) MathSecret will pay for standard shipping of returned package within United States and Canada Members are responsible for shipping cost outside of United States and Canada.
MathSecret LIVE!
Full refund before the start of second scheduled class. After second scheduled class starts, prorated refund is issued based on the following circumstances: Students are allowed to take additional classes at other class period or locations (of same teacher) to make up for missed (or to be missed) class(es) during students’ membership period. Should membership lapse or expire, all unattended classes’ hours are forfeited. Must obtain valid RMA # from Refund@MathSecret.com Refund is issued via original payment method within 30 days of receipt of return package.
MathSecret Curriculum
Refund is available, remaining months of unused membership is refunded. Membership prorated monthly. MathSecret Workbook and textbooks cannot be returned. Members may sell them via third parties such as eBay or Amazon.
